Drive south to Nakhon Si Thammarat and Patthalung, visit the over a thousand years old Wat Mahathat, a theatre, presenting the traditional art of ‘Nang Thalung’ or shadow puppet theatre and the huge Thale Noi Waterfowl Wildlife Preserve.

Transfer to Trang, a pleasant town with predominantly Chinese population. Trang is well known among Thais for its food. From Chinese-style coffee shops to one of Thailand’s best night markets along Thanon Ruenrom, the food in Trang is one of its highlights.
