Location

The Royal Lanta Resort is located on Koh Lanta Yai, an island on the Andaman Sea in Southern Thailand's Krabi Province. The resort is situated on Klong Dao beach, overlooking the islands of Koh Phi Phi Don and Koh Phi Phi Leh.

Separated from the main land by a short ferry ride, Lanta has been able to maintain it’s quite setting allowing you to step back in time while enjoying all the amenities of the modern world during your stay.

Landing at Krabi airport, Our limousine will pick you up and drive south through the small towns of Nua Klong and Klong Thom. A short ferry ride 15 minutes will take you from the mainland to Lanta Island where you will find yourself on pristine beaches facing beautiful Andaman Sea sunset.

All Bungalows at the Royal Lanta are built in the traditional Thai architectural style to provide guests with maximum comfort while experiencing the Thai culture. Each bungalow is built with high ceilings with hand made ceramic tiled roofs. Ceramic tiles not only make each bungalow look apart, it is also the most effective way to keep the heat out of the bungalow. All rooms are comfortable furnished with full amenities, air-conditioned, refrigerator, hot/cold water and shower, all balcony rooms. A remote control TV with satellite channel. We've even built a life-size traditional Thai house as a museum for our guests to view the culture from a local Thai’s perspective. This is a resort experience you can only find in Koh Lanta, Thailand.
