The Andaman Sea
The 14 local islands of the Haad Noppharat Thara Marine National Park are just a short boat ride away from Ao Nang and offer a wide range of different dive sites suitable for all levels. Visibility is generally very good (12-35m) , the water is warm (28-30 degrees), minimal equipment is needed and there is always something new to see.
Regular dive sites include the famous Phi Phi Islands, the King Cruiser wreck/Shark Point Marine Sanctuary and the world class Manta Ray and Whaleshark hotspots of Hin Daeng and Hin Muang. For the more adventurous, we also offer night dives and cavern diving.
Liveaboard trips to the world famous Similan Islands depart from either Khao Lak, or Phuket. Trips to the Similan Islands depart once or twice per week throughout high season, typically from late October through to mid April. However, trips can also be customised to suit your timeframe and budget.
The Gulf of Thailand
Situated between Koh Samui and Koh Tao, Koh Pha-ngan is an ideal central location with easy access to all the prime dive sites in the Gulf. The boat trips to Sailrock, Angthong Marine Park, Koh Tao are the shortest from Koh Phangan. The local dive sites along our coastline of the island are at a maximum distance of thirty minutes from our partner dive centre. The unspoilt reefs along Phangan's west coast are relatively shallow but offer all kind of hard and soft corals and a huge variety of marine life.
Koh Pha-ngan is a wonderful place to learn diving. The waters in the bays around the island are shallow, making it easy for you to take your first breath from a scuba tank. There are no strong currents and all the dive sites are very close to the island.
